I would recommend TF to new traders as well as seasoned traders.  His methodology works.

1. He’s a professional. Always delivers on his words and many times even more.
2. He teaches you how to fish.  He’s sincerely shares with subscribers the methodology that have made him successful.  If you’re willing to work hard, applying his methodology to your own game will give you an edge. 
3. Results – He reminds us every day to improve our weaknesses and strengthen our edge.  He helps me become a better trader and increase the returns on my portfolio.

I have followed TF about 1 year prior to the rollout of his website service.  I have been an investor for 15 years and a fulltime trader for more than 9 years.  I spent 10 years as a banker on Wall Street, 10 years in industries (Technology Startups in Silicon Valley to Fortune 500 companies in NYC) and the past 9+ years as a full time trader.  TF’s fun, challenging and sincere.
